The Arizona Cardinals were founded in Chicago in 1898 as the Morgan Athletic Club. Due to several mergers and moves, today's NFL team was known as Racine Cardinals, Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals and Phoenix Cardinals. In 1944, they even had a syndicate with the Pittsburgh Steelers and were known for one season as Card-Pitt before the collaboration ended. It was not until 1994 that the Arizona Cardinals emerged, which initially played their home games at Sun Devil Stadium at Arizona State University. In 2006 the Arizona Cardinals moved to their own stadium, which has recently been given a new sponsor name - State Farm Stadium. The Arizona Cardinals were in the Super Bowl for the first and only time in the 2008 NFL season, but lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 2013 Bruce Arian's new head coach and with superstar Larry Fitzgerald, corner back Patrick Peterson and quarterback Carson Palmer you had a powerful group that had their best season in history with a record of 13-3 in 2015. But it wasn't enough for the Super Bowl. During this time, the Arizona Cardinals were accompanied by a camera team and were then shown in the documentary series All or Nothing, which brought them many new fans in Germany, and Arizona Cardinals Hats were suddenly everywhere. However, things went downhill after that and at the end of the 2017 season, both head coach Bruce Arians and QB Carson Palmer announced their retirement from active events. Since then, the Cardinals have been in upheaval with new quarterback Josh Rosen and running back David Johnson as the greatest hope. Arizona Cardinals Hats are currently only available in Europe from New Era.

The Cardinals' logo was a double C in the Chicago era around 1920, from 1947-1959 it was a brown bird sitting on a football and from 1960-1969 a muscular red cardinal running through the St. Louis Arch. In 1970, the Arizona Cardinals logo known today was introduced with a red cardinal head pointing to the right. This logo has been slightly modified a few times and since 2005 the Cardinals have had the current logo with the thick black contours and the evil-looking eyes. The logos from before 1970 can hardly be found on Arizona Cardinals Hats. The current logo, on the other hand, is available in a colored version, as well as in black and white or black on black on Arizona Cardinals Hats.
